Anita Morgan

I grew up in Cincinnati, OH and I have lived in Richmond, VA for over 7 years.

While living in Richmond, I attended American Institute of Massage (AIM), now known as American Institute of Healing Therapies. I graduated from AIM in 2011 with a certificate of therapeutic massage. Since graduating, I've worked with all types of clients with different issues ranging anywhere from rotator cuff injuries to prenatal, athletes to plantar fascia pain. I love helping clients with their specific issues and making a plan so that they continue to be on the road to recovery.

In 2014, I took Thomas Myers' Anatomy Trains Fascial Release Series: Intrinsic Muscles of the Pelvis. This class has changed me as a therapist and my approach when working on hips, low back and muscles connecting to the pelvis. It has also deepened my interest in the connection between the emotional, physical and how massage can help process emotions through the body.
My clients prefer my heavy, consistent pressure and my intuitive approach to treat chronic pain, injury, stress, depression or sluggish circulation. Massage helps us reconnect back to ourselves and listen to our bodies and what our needs are. It can be very empowering for the client! I love being part of this reconnection with mind and body.

I have an awesome job!

Sarah has been practicing Massage Therapy for the past seven years.  She has had the opportunity to help clients from all walks of life, ranging from desk jockeys to weekend warriors.  She has worked in many environments including Hermitage Country Club & a multidisciplinary wellness center. In addition to being a graduate of Charlottesville, VA’s “Virginia School of Massage” she has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Mary Washington.  In her own efforts to expand her skills and techniques, Sarah has been certified in modalities such as Prenatal, Post-Partum & Infant Massage and Aromatouch, a specific technique utilizing essential oils.

While individual sessions differ for each client, her style integrates elements of Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, and Myofascial Release, as well as movement & specialized stretching techniques.  The custom combination provides an intentional experience resulting in a client feeling balanced, refreshed and relaxed.

Sarah is passionate about enjoying life to its fullest.  She has an extreme wanderlust; in the past two years alone, she visited Lake Tahoe, Colorado, & New Zealand.  Her favorite activities include traveling, hiking and exploring.  She hopes to add kayaking to that list this year!!

DebraLee Letchford

Owner, LMBT (states of VA, NC & CO), Nurturing the Mother Prenatal Certification & RYT 200

I have had the pleasure of working with the most passionate and inspiring healers for the past five years in Colorado at Symmetry 360.  It was there I served as Massage therapist and Director of Leadership. I believe that company is trailblazing by offering career opportunities for Massage Therapists and offering consistently awesome therapeutic experiences.  It is my mission to create a chair massage business that creates amazing opportunities, here in Richmond, for the community and therapists as well.

I trained at Institute of Massage Therapies in Richmond, VA and with Claire Marie Miller from Chapel Hill, NC. Since then I’ve been working in collaborative wellness centers for over 7 years. I studied under Celeste O'Brien in Denver, CO for the past 5 years in Thai Yoga Massage.

I am fascinated by the wonders of our bodies. It was through my dance upbringing that I began to pay attention to the way our bodies moved and worked. For 17 years I developed my love and skills as a performer & dance teacher. I studied Dance and Choreography at James Madison University & Virginia Commonwealth University of the Arts. Most people don't know that I was on the dance team for my college (VCU) and for the Arena Football league (AFL) Richmond Speed. It was through dance that I fell in love with yoga.  I've been growing my personal yoga practice for over 15 years. I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Kindness Yoga in Denver Colorado in July 2015.

My genuine love for life and those around me carry into my nurturing massage style.  I seek to comfort, heal and adapt to all of my clients. I have developed an intuitive sense for working with athletes, mothers, rehabilitating clients & business professionals alike.  Most of my clients love my firm consistent pressure, trigger point work, Thai style stretches/compressions & Reflexology

I am a proud member of the Yoga Alliance (since 2015), Thai Healing Alliance (since 2010), Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (since 2007) & NCBTMB (since 2008).
