Private yoga classes can be offered in home, office and wellness studio spaces. The session is tailored to meet the requests of the client.

Group yoga can be held in home, office, gym, etc...  The class can be personalized to meet the requests of the students.

Both private and group sessions are available for monthly/weekly occurence.
